TECH INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Mission Statement:
Delta Beta Lambda Fraternity Inc will create viable, sustainable and unique opportunities in technology, Website Development and Gaming Industry Education for local, regional and national online gamers, from high school through graduate studies as well as a destination business in game development, technology development, and world wide web online communities.
The SERVICE MISSION of Delta Beta Lambda Fraternity Inc as it relates to 360iGame is to provide the site users of, and visitors to 360iGame Community, with a variety of services in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
The MISSION of the Intern program is to place Interns in positions of leadership and administration to run programs, site content, organize gaming events and work with Corporate Sponsors in order to expand and enhance the programs and site content that we provide to the visitors of the site, while providing a satisfying service experience for Interns. The Intern's role is to assist staff and enhance services. Interns give the Delta Beta Lambda Fraternity Inc the ability to stretch donated dollars and improve the experience of its visitors.

The Intern Coordinator:
The Intern Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, screening and referring Interns. The coordinator acts as a liaison between the Interns and staff and is available to Interns should any problems, questions or concerns arise regarding a Intern position or should a Intern desire a reassignment. Please feel free to see the coordinator at any time. The coordinator keeps Interns and staff informed throughout the year with special mailings and newsletters, and organizes recognition activities.

The Website Supervisor:
Interns are first responsible to their immediate supervisor (called site supervisor). This person is usually a supervisor in the division to which the Intern has been assigned and is usually available when the Intern is on duty. The site supervisor is responsible for Intern orientation and training. Questions concerning job duties or scheduling should be referred to the site supervisor.
