—  Staff 3 critical National officers and establish committees

—  Set high academic and community service standards for collegiate chapter membership
—  Develop strategy for professional video game chapter
—  Establish communications with Microsoft Corporation for future sponsorship and endorsement
—  Establish Delta Beta Lambda Foundation established for the purpose of assisting those individuals in the neighboring communities facing the “Digital Divide”, and helping them overcome those issues through education and accessibility to technology.
—  Hire The Foundation Group consulting firm to assist in preparing Foundation application for 501 C3 approval from IRS
—  Start communication with local college ITT Technical Institute to discuss college tour of Greenville Campus
—  Plan and Execute first community service program “Tech N Bag” with Salvation Army Community Center
—  National SWOT and Organization Brand Equity Analysis
—  Launch First College Tour at ITT Technical Institute
—  Propose subscription based membership plan for online chapters that will increase membership based  and generate monthly income
